Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available to purchase from the salon.
Do we allow children in the salon?
We only allow children under 18 months old in the salon this is due to the safety of your little ones and ensuring everyone has the most relaxing time at ZHUZH.
Do I need a patch test?
Any new clients do require a patch test and consultation prior to their first appointment at ZHUZH. This needs to be completed at least 72 hours before the booked colour appointment. Patch tests have to be completed by ourselves to ensure we are covered through our insurers.
How can I book an appointment?
You can either contact us via email, socials, or phone. Alternativley, you can follow the booking link on our services page.
How often do you need to visit us for a balayage appointment?
We offer three different balayage packages. For those who like to have a little top up in between 'A Little ZHUZH' is perfect to freshen up your colour after 8-12 weeks. Those who have a lower maintenance colour could expect to visit us in the salon every 4-6 months, in some cases longer!
Can I get hair extensions and colour on the same day?
If you already have extensions fitted that require maintenance you can coincide this with your colour appointment. However, we aren't able to colour your hair and fit new extensions the same day as we do not stock the hair in the salon. We like to make sure our clients are 100% happy with their colour before matching up to extensions to ensure the colour match is perfect.
Where should I park for my appointment?
We have on site car parking available to make your visit as hassle free as possible!
What brands do you use?
For all colour services we use Redken. For styling we use both Redken and Color Wow. For extensions we use Remi Cachet and in our hair spa we use Oway.
What products do you sell in the salon?
We sell a selection of our favourite products from Redken, Color Wow and Oway.
Can I have a hair spa when pregnant?
Unfortunately not, even though all of the products we use in our hair spa are natural and safe to use when pregnant we ask you to lay completely flat on your back for most of the treatment. We care most about yours and your babies well being, due to this we will not offer this treatment to any expecting mum's, it would make a lovely treat to have post pregnancy though!
Can I have a hair spa if I have extensions?
Due to the use of oils on the scalp and massage techniques we are unable to offer this service to anyone wearing extensions to avoid scalp discomfort and possible matting. However, this would be a great treatment to have if you're planning on having a few days break in between extension removal and refit.
Can I have a hair spa as part of my colour service?
We are unable to combine a hair colour service with a hair spa treatment. When booking for a hair spa you can choose to add on a cut & finish or a finish instead of a rough dry.
How much notice do I have to give to cancel or ammend my appointment?
We require 72 hours notice for all changes or cancellations of appointments. Please see our policies page for more information.
